Job overview:

  • We are looking for a versatile professional to join our team as Trade & Logistic Support.
  • In this role, you will play a crucial part in our international trading activities, from purchasing goods from our suppliers to shipping them to our global customer portfolio. This includes providing excellent order follow-up and customer-oriented service to maintain our long-term relationships.
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, goal-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-changing environment while maintaining a sharp focus on precision and accuracy.

 

 Responsibilities:

  • After intensive training from our Trade Support & Logistics team, you will independently follow up on orders and shipments from our customers worldwide.
  • You will manage the supporting and logistical process of a trade and communicate daily with customers, suppliers, shipping companies, banks, and other international stakeholders. You strive for excellent service for our customers through your proactive and hands-on approach.
  • You are responsible for preparing all required documents, from letters of credit with our banks to invoices and transport documents for the end customers. This also includes following up on the necessary inspections.
  • You have a creative mind and always try to find the best possible solution for ad-hoc problems.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, administrative, and logistical skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; French and/or Spanish is a plus;
  • An enthusiastic and positive team player;
  • Hands-on, autonomous, and service-oriented approach to handling projects;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Trade, International Business, Logistics, or equivalent.
