Our spacious and modern office is located in the heart of Antwerp and is tailored to the needs of the new generation of employees.

Content:

• We offer a structured training program to become an independent trader. Your training starts at our headquarters in the heart of Antwerp.
• We begin with an intensive training period of 12 to 24 months to master the operational side of the business.
• You will assist senior traders with operational tasks.
• During the first part of the training, you will be trained in product knowledge, documentation, contracts, commercial skills, cost calculations, analyzing price structures, developing analyses, initiating commercial actions, managing risks, etc.
• After proving your skills, you will support smaller existing clients of the senior trader under his supervision. During this period, you will accompany the senior trader on business trips and global conferences.
• After 18 to 24 months, depending on your skills and progress, you will be assigned your own market.

Profile:

Required skills:

• An enthusiastic team player;
• Strong commercial insights;
• Willingness to travel to exotic destinations;
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French/Spanish;
• Graduated in Commercial Engineering, Applied Economic Sciences, International Business, or equivalent.

Nice to have:

• Recently graduated;
• Graduated with an interest in international trade;
• Able to easily commute to our office in Antwerp.
